The Booking Process
From the moment that you first submit an enquiry to the moment that I deliver your fabulous images, I've got you taken care of.
STEP 1. ENQUIRY
Fill out the form below or head over to my contact page and tell me about your fabulous wedding coming up!
I will respond to your inquiry within one business day with details regarding my availability for your date and send you my pricing guide so you can see exactly what services I offer.
STEP 2. YOU WANT TO BOOK!
Fab! You’ve taken a look at my website, poured over my images and checked out my photography and video packages, and you’ve decided you’d like to move forward in booking me as your photographer or videographer. You can now tick that off your to-do list and take a nap!
STEP 3. AGREEMENT & BOOKING FEE
I will send you a proposal regarding your photo or video needs - this proposal includes which collection you want, a contract, and an invoice for a 25% non-refundable booking fee. Signing this agreement and paying the booking fee officially books me & holds your date!
STEP 4. SCHEDULING & THE INTERIM
In the months between making your booking and your big day, we'll exchange a few emails here and there as I check in and see how wedding planning is going and if I can answer any questions you may have. A few months before your wedding, I will send you a detailed questionnaire regarding your wedding day so I can get more of a feel for what it will be like & get down to the nitty-gritty logistics.
A few weeks out from your wedding, I will request a timeline of your day. No pressure though - this can be just a rough schedule! We will work together to make a timeline that keeps both the lighting and the time needed for optimal photo coverage in mind.
STEP 5. SEIZE THE WEDDING DAY!
It's finally here! I will show up to your wedding and CARPE THAT DIEM. With my game (and party) face on, you float through this blessed day and I make you feel like the royalty that you are.
STEP 6. DELIVER THE IMAGES
In the month following your wedding, your photos will be meticulously edited and perfected one by one. When they're ready, I will send them to you on a personalised, shareable, beautiful online gallery with print-ordering capabilities. Then, you can re-live the best day of your lives forever. Enjoy!
